Wayne Selden's uncle Anthony takes support to awesome new level

There were some unintended consequences when Wayne Selden Jr., threw down one of the dunks of the year in college basketball Friday night in the Kansas Jayhawks' win over Baylor.

Television cameras caught Selden's family celebrating the breathtaking dunk, including his uncle, Anthony Pitts Jr., who just about lost his mind.

It was impossible to miss the fact that Pitts was wearing a Flavor Flav-style clock necklace and after the game he told reporters he might come to Saturdays' title game against West Virginia with an even larger version.

Good ol' uncle Anthony did not disappoint.

Pitts told reporters after Friday's game that he first began wearing a picture of his nephew on a chain and it blossomed over time to him wearing larger versions. Pitts posted what amounted to his own hype video on his Twitter account before the championship game. He's really all in on supporting his nephew.

Speaking of that Twitter account. As of Saturday afternoon, he had tweeted six times and was following eight people, including his nephew, and he had 1,223 followers.

Maybe the best part about this is Kansas is guaranteed to be the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA tournament which means we should be seeing much more of uncle Anthony.
